My eyesight is not bad but the TV is very blurry from afar. I bought this so I don't have to blink which puts more pressure on my eyes. That works great. At first I got -1.5 but that's too much for me and it makes things look smaller. I went for -1 and it's absolutely perfect. I can see the normal size and it's still very clear. For me this is a victory. Also, during this pandemic, I have avoided going to the ophthalmologist.

I have to leave 5 stars BC Yes they work. However, I must admit that I may have been given a too strong prescription for myself. I only have a slight blur when I look into the distance. I have -2.50. I'll order new and try -1.50. I'll post an update when they arrive. So if you struggle with myopia but it's not that bad choose a lower scenario, if your vision is pretty poor choose a higher number.
