Our pump broke and leaked through the ceiling. This product was easy to install and I love that I can do it myself instead of spending a fortune on a mechanic. Hope it lasts!

I have used several condensate pumps and for some reason most of them proved unreliable. It still works. The season is almost over, but if it lasts until 2020, it will be worth it.

A year ago in April we replaced our air heater and installed this sump pump with it. The existing drainage pump was there for 12 years. The Diversitekh pump unit has a little over a year (?)

The first one jammed after a few months so I bought another one. I found a piece of junk stuck in the impeller. In the meantime I installed a replacement. The second pump was not working upon arrival. The float switch was not properly adjusted and could not move up or down.

Judging by some reviews the pump fleet is stuck. I have it in my wine cellar behind the condensing unit. It's not easily accessible. The pump runs constantly now, but eventually it fails. I bought this from Amazon instead of another low profile device, thinking it was higher quality.

Great pump. I found a spot where water was entering my basement, but the hole was about 0.75" off the ground, so I couldn't run pipe from that hole into a conventional condensate pump, the angle would be too steep. I made a hole high enough off the ground with silicone, now run a hose from the wall to this pump. It's a little cheaper than $1,500 for a French drain that might not cut through, or $4,000 for an 11-foot waterguard.
