Large section of felt damaged or faulty production.

Bought this with "Prime” and it took 6 days to get here. When I unrolled it, there is a large hole or faulty section right in the middle of the roll making most of it unusable. Maybe manufacturer could benefit from quality assurance checks prior to packaging.
