The first toner had bad chips. HP is constantly swapping out chips, making it difficult to get remanufactured toner. The people at Do it wiser got in touch with me quickly and helped me solve the problem and make the process as easy as possible. Knowing this I will continue to do business with them as other toner sellers don't even respond if you have any problems. 4 stars for the people in Make It Wise!

Although our HP printer is listed as compatible, the printer has not made them "AUTHORIZED" for use. These toners will not be recognized or accepted. Now all we have to do is buy the HP brand. We can't trust "other brands", it's a waste of time and money if they're not acceptable, and you won't know until you get them and try to install them. Then it is too late and you can no longer return the opened product. Thanks but no. RP fire department

Can't believe I used to spend $100 on ink clips. These inks are of the same quality as the more expensive ones and will last just as long if not longer.

I bought this ink in September 2020 and I always have spare ink for my HP PageWide NFP 377 dw printer. Well I just opened it (6/1/21) and the error message says it's not compatible with the printer. I ticked the box that the ink arrived and lo and behold. You sent me the wrong box! Mind you, I ordered this ink in early September and received the correct box of ink. I don't know what all this confusion was about. What a waste of money! I'm hoping for a refund or at least the right ink!
