I have ordered these twice now and they are a cheap replacement for my OKI C331dn LED printer. I had no issues with print quality or compatibility with my printer. They are exactly as specified by the manufacturer and my printer treats them like regular cartridges. They come in beautiful packaging and look professional and new.

I have used several different toner cartridges after the sale. All cartridges were replaced last week. I would estimate that they will all be around 80-90% levels. Less than 100 cyan pages are 10%. I've never run out of toner so quickly. Let's see what the support says. You cannot replace one of the cartridges. You will only return one cartridge or all 4. So you need to order a replacement.
