Great tool with room and flexibility in both functionality

I like that it is easy enough for people without technical expertise to use, yet still powerful enough for more advanced users. It's also very good at pulling data together into one document or report. The ability to create multiple versions of each template is useful when you need to track changes over time. There can be some lag between updates as well - sometimes things take longer than expected to appear after an update has been made. This isn't always our fault though (especially if there
