🐶 30-Foot Medium Weight Dog Tie-Out Cable Review

We have a quiet 35 lb dog who doesn't pull so obviously the strength of the cable isn't tested. We've only had it about 6 months and the paint is already starting to rust. It's only a matter of time before it becomes useless. In the order of things in this society where everything is disposable. Pro tip: If the latch starts to bind, have some WD-40 on hand to get it moving again.

This cable was excellent. My dog put many hours into this and it's still holding up great, no creases and he couldn't chew it which I saw him trying. He weighs about 40 pounds and had no problem with his control. The clip is starting to rust a little but I expected that as it has been raining in my area lately. All in all a good choice for tying.

Needed a replacement cord for my dogs. I have two dogs, 20 and 25 pounds. This works fine for her. Not too heavy, you can easily drag it across the yard. The cable has a small "memory" and unwinds easily! Wonderful! It also has a spring/damper on one end in case the dogs run and hit the end of the leash. We've been using it for about a month and are very happy with it.

Very happy with Tie Out - Bought this for my canine grandma when it arrives. Very well made and we love the colour. in the apartment, and their rule is that all pets must be kept on a leash. It's better than a leash because the pet can get almost as far as the woods - about 40 feet from my door. Lots of critters to explore, although he never catches anything he likes to sniff around the area around the apartment. Thank you for doing this for us. I use this cable with a 45 lb dog. After a few months of use, it still looks brand new (although I don't leave it outside so it never rains, which might help). The cable I received has a spring on one end, although the picture currently associated with it no longer lists the spring. The spring is useful but a bit sharp, so I don't recommend attaching this end to a dog's collar or harness (if attached to my dog's harness, the spring could dig into her back).
