Nice to see we're not the only ones having shoe sizing issues. It's massive. You need to double check your templates, they are too wide. The elastic band is not tight enough to be effective. My daughter loves design but can't wear it

The shoes are adorable but they are really big and wide. My daughter normally fits 8 well, but they were huge and should be swapped out for 7s. Otherwise they are of good quality. Use them as Halloween Tinkerbell shoes and glue white pompoms to the front.

My daughter usually wears a size 7, they said the shoes are much smaller. So I ordered a size 6. Was very pleased with how quickly they arrived just to open the box and it was a size 5. I contacted customer service and ordered a size 6. When they arrived about a week later I left them try on , when got a size 6 here which was too small she couldn't even put a foot in the shoe. I gave up, it was too close to Easter to wait for another couple. They are very very very cute, just couldn't fit them.
