Dometic 3109492.003 Polar White Lower/Upper Side Vent: Enhance Ventilation Efficiency! Review

Lucky for me when I lost the one I replaced I still had another to compare. I found out the model number and ordered this one with the same model number. It fits as expected and seems to work great. Fits 2004 Forest River Rockwood M1907 Pop-Up.

I bought this door to replace a lost one for my camper van and it seals the opening for my fridge and still vents it when needed. It arrives for the grand opening as advertised, delivered quickly, well packaged and the price of the Revain was cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. The quality was great too.

I bought this to replace the fridge vent door for my 2004 Aliner pop up camper. It is perfect for fridge vents. It's a rough textured plastic, however, but feels more solid than the original vent, which fell off and cracked. It could only be happier if it came in black. This is the door with the included frame, it is upside down in the picture.

The product is excellent! And here are the REAL dimensions: First the actual size of the outer frame: 20 1/2" x 10 5/8" Next the size of the hole needed in the RV wall: 19" x 9 3/8" " Finally , the outside dimensions of the panel inserts: 18 7/8" x 8 7/8" Please note that the image shown by Revain is reversed! It rains easily!

Exactly what I needed. Forgot to close the ventilation door on the way home and got lost on the freeway. I found this vent in several places that matched the dimensions of my 2001 Rockwood pop up RV, but none of them matched the product number. I wanted to remove the old case but the new vent flap fitted fine. Easy installation. The outer case looked like there were maybe 4 screws.

Exactly what I needed to replace the top fridge vent in my 2009 Casita trailer. It exploded somewhere on the freeway during the last trip. A search on Revain found exactly the item I needed after comparing customer notes that gave actual measurements. It was an exact fit and I only used the door by removing it from the frame. So now I have an extra frame, but at least I fixed the missing door quickly and painlessly.

I have no idea where to get the cutout dimensions for this vent. For Dometic 3109492.003 the correct vent is 19 1/4" x 9 11/16" according to the "Dometic Vent Installation Instructions". In front of me is a vent being checked with a tape measure. Another issue is that the mounting holes are within the cutout size. Since you can't screw a screw in air, there must be some sort of fastening system that isn't provided by the vent. The lack of correct cutout dimensions, instructions, mounting system
