Slippers and loafers are overpriced

I bought them against my better judgment because they looked good online. My experience with Donald J. Pliner is that shoes look good but are cheaply made and cost too much. Unfortunately they are no different. I returned them. The cheapest leather, the cheapest compound sole. It's not worth it.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Nice moccasins with class

Looks great when I put them on for the first time. I've only worn them once and can't even tell you what they wore. A bit pricey but I bought mine for only $124.

Pros
  • Shoes
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Not worth the premium price.

The fit is absolutely horrible, constricts and runs very small. I love this style so I'm wearing my 4th pair in 6 months because the sole is junk. I've rubbed out the soles after 2 months on every pair I've had. They claim these are amazing Italian shoes made in the mountains of Italy when most likely they were made in a Kmart car park. We have contacted the pliers and they do not stand by their product. Save your money, Cole Hahn shoes are much better and about $100 cheaper.

Pros
  • Moccasins and Loafers
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Worth more than what is usually sold.

These shoes are comfortable from day one. No adjustment period required. I've been wearing DJ Pliner shoes for almost a decade now and they have been consistently high quality so far. Their design is timeless and the production and processing is first class. Made in Italy.

Pros
  • Men's
Cons
  • Not all fit
