Same size as adult cap. For my daughter I had to tie my back with a hair tie. I know it's written for kids so I thought it would be smaller. My baby is only 8 months old though. I can still put this hat on.

Bought for my daughter to sleep in to protect her hair. The only problem we had was that it didn't fit in her head. The webbing doesn't fit. While I didn't want anything super tight, right from the start it felt like it was already stretched and wouldn't be very secure.
