🧳 Country Saddle Travel Items - Dopp Leather Review

I bought one of these dopp kits about 8 years ago and have found it very easy to use when traveling. He holds everything. This year we have three young people who are going to graduate from high school and I got one for each one. PS A year later there is another graduate who will receive this. I've earned a reputation for giving "manly gifts" from my nephews and grandchildren.

This is the original and simply the best. The design is well thought out: the bottom compartment is perfect for liquids, the top for everything else. It holds a surprising amount, but still fits well in my luggage. The zips are very good quality - I'm not worried about them oxidizing or breaking and the leather is thick so again the quality is amazing. I have had many "dopp" kits - this is my first Dopp branded kit - and I will never go back.

This is an old school dopp kit. I wasn't sure if my husband would like it after it wore out its ballistic flex but he liked it. This is easy to organize and has 4 bottles in the bottom storage compartment that can be refilled. The leather seems to be of good quality, not too soft so should last a long time. Plenty of room for men's clothes that men seem to need these days. It's big and I'm not sure how to pack it. If you're looking to save space I wouldn't think this is the best option, but…

This is a beautiful and very well made bag. I've used Dopp's branded canvas/fabric kit for probably 10-12 years and it still works with little wear. I chose this leather bag. It has a rich, warm brown color/finish. The zippers and seams make a very robust impression. The lower section for travel bottles and a toothbrush holder is a really cool bonus. Nice and strong product. I value good design, ergonomics and comfort; This product has all three. The top opens wide for convenience and is hinged to stay open, allowing you to view the "Floor Plan" and all of its contents without having to search for items.
