I needed to fix my flashlight. Can't find lightbulbs anywhere! They are no longer worn everywhere! I hate the society we've become. I will not replace anything that can be easily repaired!

Before Covid comes we usually go to the store to get them; But as we don't shop now when my flashlight died these were just what we needed. I don't know if the price is high or what as I didn't go to the store to look for it

This bulb was purchased for 2 D-Cell Mag-Lite and works just like the original. I tested both bulbs as they were a 2 pack and both worked. The flashlight is 18 years old and this is the first replacement bulb I've ever needed so we'll see how long this lasts.

Not as bright as the LED, but my industrial flashlight has a spring that protects the lamp from bumps, but interferes with the LED and causes a dark spot in the middle of the beam. The krypton lamp is again about 1/2 brighter than the original light bulb, and with two of them I will use this lamp for another 40 years.

If you have old D 2-Cell MagLite I think that works best. As long as bulbs like this exist, I'll keep my old MagLite. I tried a new LED adapter but this one worked the best. Buy extra ones (and remember where you put them!). You will not regret it.

I have several flashlights. ONE uses these old-fashioned lightbulbs. the rest uses LEDs. LED lights are worth their money. This flashlight required a lightbulb. I should have just thrown the flashlight away, but hey, what the heck. Let's take a new lightbulb. Just in time for Hurricane Matthew. As we prepared for Matthew's arrival, we found that a couple of our flashlights weren't working despite new batteries. I bought 2 packs of TruTest Supreme (5 batteries, vintage) to replace a lightbulb that was still working, hoping to make it a little stronger.
