🌬️ Dorman 604-115 Air Door Actuator: Ensuring Efficient Climate Control Review

Replaces the MODE DOOR ACTUATOR on the 2002 Trailblazer. Works perfect. These cars have 4 identical powertrains, all with different part numbers. I had no air from the dash vents, but ground and defrost did. That's the culprit. Refreshes when not paused.

Replaced the fail/click mode drive in my 02 Trailblazer late last year. The OEM lasted a little over 10 years before it started clicking, and this one only lasted a year before doing the same. It wasn't a very fun job and I really have no intention of doing it again. Sigh.

They are NOT easy to install, I don't know why Revain is asking this because you have to be a gynecologist to turn the actuator on or off; It's not the actuator, it's because it's under the instrument panel. It installed easily and picked up the screws and cables with no problems, it works perfectly and replaced the broken part perfectly.
