Will not fit 5.4L 2003 Ford Expedition

The product was too tight to fit. I had to replace the old o-ring on the water pump outlet tube and use sealant. I had to use the original.

1998 Navigator works well 1 month after installation

Fits like OEM. No leaks so far in 1 month of installation. Be sure to buy Mahle O-rings (72014) instead of the original ones. Also, if you can't locate a coolant leak, replace any clamps you suspect are suspicious.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • No paint required

Difficult installation for engine cooling and air conditioning

You will definitely need 2 O-rings. To take it out, I cut the pipe with a saw. I then use pliers to twist it to loosen it. Then I use a crowbar to separate it. You have to pull it straight out as I was afraid of damaging the nipple. Super pain in the ashes to install. I had to cut the pipe to fit. It took forever.

Pros
  • Engine cooling and air conditioning
Cons
  • Large and bulky
