Excellent fit for 1997 Honda Accord EX coupe

I just rebuilt my manual transmission and found the slave cylinder boot is a mess. It was inexpensive and seems to work well. Installed and fits well.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Damaged

Wrong part twice. suitable for clutches and parts

Wrong part sent twice. At least the first time it was the slave cylinder. The second time hit the brake hose. Both times the part numbers were wrong. Confusion reigns in logistics. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Some small things

Very good experience with the product

Replaced after the first try the master cylinder, air entered the system, the old one came out after the car sat for a few days. No issues, well packaged and open ports were sealed very well to keep contaminants out. Very happy with the product

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Communication with the seller

Working but pending only OEM

I bought this for my '99 Prelude when I changed the clutch. It was easy to pump and easy to install. Even if the quality wasn't the best. I drove the car vigorously and didn't shift gears too hard, but the rubber boot ruptured and I ended up in the parking lot. This works if you need something while waiting for an OEM part, but avoid spirited driving or quick shifting.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Don't really like it, all fine

Very difficult to install.

Extremely difficult installation. The measurements were correct. But the internal spring felt extremely tight, making it almost impossible to align the bolts on the body. I had to work hard to finally align the screws. The bleed screw is a very odd 9mm size and very soft metal which makes it easy to remove. If I had to do it all over again, I could do it. I'll take the eagle for another $25.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some problems
