They work as they should. They hold up well too, not wobbly. I use these in my steel pegboards and my wife has a few on her newly made 1/4" pegboard for her craft.

later that's the right size. 1/4 inch. They are functional but almost all are bent on a pin resting on a perforated board. One of the pegs is unusable due to factory damage. You might feel better buying them at your local hardware store where you can inspect them first.

Overall I like this hook. The wire seems a bit thicker and stronger than the hooks I bought at the hardware store. I also like the plastic tip. Dorman Hardware also sells a variety of packages. I bought a set for a change and then added a few more items that I use the most, like this one. It's 1/4" and I use them to store hand tools and supplies in my basement. I paid about two dollars for three hooks.
