Difficult to use and really doesn't work

The product is very difficult to use, the instructions are poor and incomprehensible. I think I used it correctly and I couldn't get it stuck on double glazed windows, unfortunately I've kept it too long and can't return it. Guilty.

the magnet is not strong enough to hold the device on the thermal glass

the cleaning device looks like a great idea but is not strong enough to stick to the window, i have an energy saving double glass window and they are too thick for this device to function properly. Not to mention that the mop is very cheap and doesn't remove soap from the windows!

Works well but has some flaws

Not as easy to use as I would like, but pretty good. Be sure to put on this tether because turning the product in the other direction is difficult and no matter what position the product is in, sometimes it tends to fall and you don't want to lose that outer part. In general everything is fine with its task, but the scraper and cleaning pad are not as effective as we would like. After that has been said. Check window thickness

This device takes a little getting used to. My glass thickness requires that I use the maximum magnet level. It must be ensured that the pane is completely wetted with the cleaning agent on the inside and outside. I dropped the outer part 2-3 times due to the maximum magnetic field and I think the glass was too thick when it fell. I had a safety stitch applied, but it was attached to the metal paneling underneath.

Good unit. Not for my windows.

Although I have an adjustable magnet strength I could not get it to work on my 1993 double glazing with aluminum between the glass channels. It just kept falling out. The adjustable feature brings the magnets inside closer together, so I'm guessing they're touching. The adjustment screw does not stay at any of the settings, it returns to #1. I had a hard time holding the outer rough part, inner rough part and at the same time adjusting the gear to try and glue everything together which never…
