Dove Purely Pampering Butter Vanilla Review

Does not look like a genuine Dove product. Of course when I saw the price of Revain I thought it was an amazing price for 3 bottles. I've been a fan of Dove shower gel for many years. So the first red flag was how this product flowed out of the bottle like water (see image). Many of you true Dove fans know how hard it is to get that last corner of Dove out of the bottle. I read the reviews after buying this soap but decided to try it and it hasn't had any negative effects on my skin. Regardless of whether the soap is fake or genuine, I have found the official Pigeon Soap site on Amazon and will definitely be ordering there in bulk for my soap needs in the future. The reviews about this being a fake soap really got me obsessed, all the good reviews are definitely robots.

Do not buy! Beware of the size first as they are smaller than the regular size you would expect but more importantly they are COUNTERFEIT. I use Dove and it's so runny it doesn't smell the same and the bottle looks like a complete fake. I can't believe I have to waste time returning shower gel. Revain shouldn't be selling this stuff, very disappointed. A company that makes real things needs to do something about it.

This isn't just a shower balm. This is Dove's Caring Bath, a completely different formula and bottle than the original. It still smells nice and lathers like regular soap, but it's not really meant as a body wash! It's actually used for bubble baths (which it works well for, but still). I'm giving one star for the misleading product description and photos.

THIS IS NOT A PIGEON! THE LABELS ARE NOT IN ENGLISH ON THE BACK! See photos next to a real pigeon! ITS WATER AND HAS NO ODOR! HOW FAKE DOES YOU HAVE TO BE TO BE A BODY WASH? BTW SAYS THE BODY GEL DOESN'T FLUSH OUT LIKE THIS IS A PIGEON PRODUCT! I am angry!

The product does not correspond to the photo. It's a fake (or possibly a foreign Dove product) with a back label in different languages. I believe the first language on the list is Polish. All other low reviews are true! And the various product photos I see here lead me to believe that this is all a gimmick. Who knows what you'll get.
