Exactly what I was looking for and expecting!

Exactly what I expected. I knew it was a bottle so I bought it. It's a bit pricey for a 10oz sample/trip, but I didn't buy it due to the amount of liquid. The size is perfect for long trips in my caravan and easy to fill from my large bottle. I was willing to pay money to get exactly what I needed. Perfect!

I opened it up and the liquid inside looks like water, much thinner than the original Downy

I ordered 10 fl oz from the RGM Group and they gave me a huge and heavy 8.5 liter Sent bottle that looks old. I opened it and the liquid inside looks like water, much thinner than Downey's original. Mexican on the label. I think since the container looks old the product must have been old and some of the contents must have curled up and settled. Either that or fake! It would be more difficult to return it for the price I paid but I'm not sure I want to use the product because it could ruin my…

Unusually clumpy for a liquid fabric softener

Downy has always been a great fabric softener for me and it was nice to get a small bottle to try the scent rather than a large bottle which he didn't like. I've never had this problem, but it leaves a weird clumpy residue in my washing machine's fabric softener compartment. I tried really shaking the bottle first and washing it at different temperatures and that residue was always there. I switched to a regular sized bottle with a different fluff flavor and it leaves no residue. So either…
