Great cycling sunglasses

They are great for cycling and the lenses cover enough space around your eyes even when you are on a road bike. Very convenient and CHEAP! all sweaty and dirty, you just had expensive sweaty and dirty sunglasses. ;) Just a bonus, these are real goggles that can protect your eyes from flying rocks or other debris from the road. Beautiful rubber nose clip with ventilation holes. in place. Very thoughtful design. UV protection is good and they are not so dark that they have to be removed at dusk…

Pros
  • Soft rubber nose cap for a non-slip and comfortable fit.
Cons
  • Only available in white

Cheap and effective!

I bought these for gardening (mowing the grass, pulling weeds etc) because they cover more than my regular sunglasses. So far they have done a great job of hiding things from my eyes. I'll probably buy another pair with clear glass for construction use. I wish they were polarized but for the price they charge too much. **UPDATE - 11/06/2012** I had to replace them twice because my arm broke from the pressure of the earmuffs I wear. I replaced the last pair with these…

Pros
  • Tough polycarbonate lens offers impact resistance.
Cons
  • old

Not suitable for sensitive eyes

I would like to give these glasses a good rating as they are great in terms of safety and sun protection but have one major disadvantage. The way they are shaped makes it difficult for your eyes if you are sensitive to your eyesight. By that I mean that the shading and the shape of the lenses make your eyes see two different things unless you're looking straight ahead. When looking sideways, there's a fisheye vignetting distortion not found in regular glasses. This is not the case, and changing

Pros
  • Anti-distortion lens reduces eye fatigue.
Cons
  • Requires socket
