Dr. Teal's Lavender Bath Salt is so relaxing. I have a problem with restless legs and leg cramps at night. I get up, fill a bath with hot water and add this product, just sit for a while and go back to bed and my legs don't cramp or feel restless for the rest of the night. It really works. I'm not sure if it's the lavender that's in Epsom salts or hot water, but all I know is that it works for me to help me get back to sleep.

Bought for my mum who suffers from severe arthritis of course we've all heard that Epsom salt helps a bit but it actually worked a lot better than most as well my mother, who normally hates scents, actually preferred lavender over the normal, which is unusual. The scent is perfect, the right amount is calming but not too strong, especially for someone like my mum who hates scents.
