Very helpful & knowledgeable support staff for troubleshooting

We are able use this software in our environment, it has been very easy of integration into other systems as well such that we can move data between databases seamlessly without having any issues at all within those products/systems themselves! The customer service is amazing!! There have not even really known about how great they were until I recently started working here myself (I was previously an admin there). It's just so simple but yet powerful enough too be used by normal users or admins

Pros
  • Well everything honestly lol
  • Everything seems perfect from start till finish with no flaws whatsoever ever since i've had access :D Also support staffs do help me get along pretty good whenever needed ;)
Cons
  • Nothing much comes immediately to mind..maybe sometime down the line maybe?
