Easy to assemble. Only 3 screws came even though there were 2 bottom and 2 side holes. It's safe from 3 upwards. I bought a memory foam bumper to use in addition to the rail as it covers about a third of the open side of the crib. The baby tosses and turns a lot during sleep. My grandson went straight to bed as soon as I finished installing it.

I bought the exact model that fits my crib (and checked the instructions on receipt) but the inner hole on the bottom doesn't fit my crib. So I put it on the bottom right and top left, but not the bottom left. I bought a crib of the same brand and all. Also, I wish the handrails were much higher and longer to feel like a crib or a safer place. Barely holds a pillow.

Another overpriced 'dream (for a decent product) of mine' baby crib with junk screws/bolts that will come off even if they've been removed by someone attached to the Renovation has been involved, careful use and construction since the early 1970's. Abandoned the cot-sized railing and replaced it with a mini bed! We have the Aden 3 in 1 mini bed and obviously it and the bar are made for a full sized cot. I had to shorten the bar to 38 1/8". We used a universal rail with our own fasteners (only 1 screw in the top hole). Despite triple checking that our crib model was one of the compatible models (both on the Revain list and the guide compatible models list) when I tried it In doing so I found that the bolt and bracket holding the mattress topper is preventing me from aligning the railing with the holes on the front crib rail.
