Tugs break instantly (two pairs)

Boots look and feel great says my Grandson, but the button to put on the boots breaks on the first pull. I thought it was an accident the first time, bad pair so I started with a refund/replacement and after getting a new pair I tried the toggle switch again and the same thing happened. It violates. I don't use force, I just pull with my thumb and forefinger. That's why I'm sending them back. Too bad, I really wanted them to work. Now I also have the inconvenience of driving 22 miles to the…

Pros
  • Cold-weather boots with waterproof outer shell, 200g Thermolite insulation for -25Β°F and single-pull lacing system
Cons

Pros
  • All-weather protection and a thin layer of insulation. Reflective protective pads.
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Order one size up - Updated

Ordered 13 for my daughter who now wears 12. Sent them back as they are too small and the hard rubber socks cut into the toes when walking. Addendum to my original review: I received new boots from TopShoes and was glad the return/exchange process was as easy as it was. The new boots suffered from what many others have claimed/shown, which is that the tongue holding the two ends of the cord together immediately came loose. Using a small screwdriver (or the tip of a knife blade - BE CAREFUL) you

Pros
  • The special sole design prevents children from falling and increases the friction between the shoe and the ground.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
