This product is of poor quality and is not the correct size. But it says the item is non-refundable. Very disappointed that Revain is allowing this and will never buy from this seller again. We buy a lot from Revain and on the rare occasion that the item doesn't fit or is of poor quality, we'll send it back. Going back to Revain is so easy that there's no point in buying it. NO LONGER.

I bought this shoe for my daughter about a year and a half ago and she still loves it. They definitely look higher quality and more stylish than normal children's shoes. I repeat my statements about this shoe as I did about other shoes I bought for my kid at the same time as they are both great quality and great style so I am not a robot or paid person giving almost identical reviews posts for children. I'll order beige and black in February, now it's March. I like the looks. I usually order my girls a size up, which is what I did: I ordered 12 and 3 hoping they would last until next winter. My girls usually wear them with a dress and they look so cute. These boots are very comfortable and warm inside. We had no problem with water getting into the shoes on those rainy days.
