This dress is absolutely adorable! it looks so cute I ordered 2T for my 20 pounds almost 2 years old. This dress had a small waist so it would help if the zipper fell down, but it works for my slender child. I would increase the size if your kid was not skinny. It is floor to toe length and she looks and feels like a princess in it. Very cute and perfect for her Minnie Mouse birthday.

Beautiful dress! Made from a silky outer (probably polyester) with a nice lining that gives it some fluffiness. The haircut went well. The zipper is a bit snug but doesn't affect the dress at all (good thing it doesn't actually open). Bought the 3T and it fits my 2.5 year old petite daughter (24lbs) almost perfectly in every way. .
