I like wearing shoulder pads and I like the velcro idea, but the fabric(?) is not breathable and heats up the skin. It also makes noise when worn under clothing or as a removable liner over the shoulder. I had to send them back in favor of the breathable mesh version and just added my own Velcro strips.

These shoulder pads are well made and comfortable to wear. A small strip of Velcro sticks to the seam of your top, keeping it in place pretty well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are bigger than I expected so they have a "5 star" quality in the circus tents. However, T-shirts with short sleeves or wide necklines can show them off. This fact limits the styles you can wear them with.

This product is a shoulder pad with a removable Velcro closure that sits ABOVE the lining, not under it. First, when the velcro is up, it can get stuck on your clothes! Also, the velcro top is detachable, not a nice sewn-on strip that flips up to fasten. The picture in the ad just shows the lining and doesn't say anything about how the strip is up and that the velcro will come loose. THEN if you try to ship it back the shipping costs are astronomical so it doesn't even pay to ship it back. It's
