I was told to use a 63 inch belt as women's sizes are slightly different from men's. After getting a new size - it's great. It hasn't stretched after wearing it all day and is holding up very well. I was very surprised at how good this belt is. There are no holes in the belt, you just thread the bar anywhere. It's made of nice material and doesn't look cheap. It has stretchy material and I use it every day and it holds up well. for the price you really can't go wrong. again I was surprised. still looks new after many months. that's a great value.
