A little upset about the charger that came with it. Hooked it up straight away and was very happy with it. The power to the extension cord it was plugged into has been turned off. After a few hours, he returned, turned the power back on, and only a faintly glowing blue light remained. Changed the adapter and it worked again.

Worked fine on install. The speakers and amplifier board are clearly marked with + and - signs for easy wiring. Had to provide my own speaker wire which was missing from this build. It would be nice if there was an on/off switch so I didn't have to constantly plug and unplug the board.

Decent quality speakers but unfortunately they were bent and out of shape when I opened the box. One of the speaker cones didn't even move. It might have been a delivery issue as I had previously bought a set and had no issues. I bought a set of speakers at a local car dealership. But the amp was perfect, no problem

I am a fan of car audio systems and have done many installs from basic to competitive systems. I wanted to make some cool Christmas gifts and thought this would be a good option. I bought Pioneer 3.5 inch speakers for $40 and there was no difference. These speakers are shielded - they won't interfere with your Arduino, Raspberry Pi or other controllers etc - look elsewhere). Update 2/13/2016: I put it in a smaller plastic box that I 3D printed and they sound fantastic. Now I hear some bass. So I'll change my statement -
