This is a great controller and I love it. Of course I had to further adjust mine because I'm so extravagant. The color is amazing and the texture is beautiful. All in all a very pleasant, durable product.

Works great and looks great. However, LESS than 30 days passed and he started splitting down his back. The left stick rubs the body a bit when tilted down. Still serviceable and cool to look at, but for the $$$ I paid I expect it to be as pristine as a store-bought controller.

I received my controller in a very timely manner. Just a few days. I charged it and it was ready to use straight away. Not only was I very happy that it was a real Sony controller, but the colored part is really soft and smooth. I was surprised to find out via email that there is also a 3 year guarantee. Your customer service team contacted me to make sure I was happy. If I need another controller in the future, they certainly have it!

I don't recommend this controller. The soft feel began to peel off after 5 days. The L3 button also didn't work properly. The controller looks nice and pretty, however the soft touch is peeling off in the first week of use. The packaging of this controller is also not very good. Not a bad controller, but only if you don't care about the price. The grip isn't a big deal and it's very similar to a regular controller, just with a bit of softness. If you want something with better grip, just order the control knobs and put them on a regular controller and it's much better for long hours of gaming. Update: After only using this controller for a few months the whole thing is starting to fade and turn an ugly yellow. The soft grip material is damn cheap and doesn't last long.

This is the worst controller I have ever bought. Cannot be played without being connected to the network. The X button is already sticky. and the left joystick gets stuck when I press it.
