Review on Crazy Controllerz Wireless PS4 Controller - Soft Touch White - Added Grip & Multiple Colors by Ingrid Buell

This is the worst controller I have ever bought. Cannot be played without being connected to the network. The X button is already sticky. and the left joystick gets stuck when I press it. All this in ONE week! I am so mad about this purchase mainly because they tell you to contact them if there is any problem. we are lucky! There is no way to contact these people. I've tried Facebook, tried Messenger, tried calling (all I get is "we're not open right now" each time) and I've tried contacting the website. For $80 this is probably the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon and the poor customer service from these people. Now I go to Walmart. At least YOU are happy to give me a new one with my receipt! That's ridiculous!
