Pleasantly Surprised with Solar Negative Film

As a hesitant buyer I was skeptical about trying out this film for my film photography hobby .However, when I tried this product, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The colors and contrast were fantastic, and the solar effect added a unique touch to my photos. The film also worked well with my electronics and was easy to load into my camera. The only downside was that it WAS a bit more expensive than other options, but the quality made it worth the price..

Pros
  • Unique solar effect, great color and contrast. Compatible with electronics and easy to load.
Cons
  • More expensive than other options.

The results depend on overexposure and underexposure.

This is pre-exposed Kodak 200 Gold film with a sticker on top. Receiving my film was certainly interesting because I was surprised at how intense the colors were. As time goes on, I will make more Dubblefilm. But here are some things that can help you get the photos you want. Trippy colors intensify when you underexpose - mostly shadows - see pre-exposure effects here. However, if you want to see more of your subject and less of the effect, overexpose your image. I probably won't shoot…

Pros
  • Film Speed: ISO 200
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
