DUEBEL Pocket Minimalist Leather Business Review

This is a very basic wallet. Just a few inner pockets for various cards, IDs/driver's licenses etc. I recommend the magnetic version, otherwise you'll lose everything you put in here. It's not really designed for people to carry around cash. But the magnetic version acts as a money clip of sorts if you want to carry a few bills around (like most of us).

I bought two of these purses. Thanks to Puppy Power, I had the first one less than a year ago. I like it so much I reinvested in the second one I've had since third year. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the skin is thicker than I wanted and the seller's description led me to believe that this makes it a little more voluminous than I was hoping for. Other than that, this is a very nicely made and functional wallet. I bought this particular wallet a few years ago and it has been the best wallet I have ever owned. These used to be good quality leather wallets. Now they make them with the addition of cheap leather. I soaked my wallet in water to show the difference. Genuine leather will darken as it absorbs water. This allows it to absorb natural oils and develop a beautiful patina over time. Unfortunately, cheaper leather does not develop this patina. You can see layers of cheap and high quality leather.

First impression is that I like the wallet but I'm not sure about the orange color. It's not bad and will probably grow on me. Hopefully the orange will darken over time. I never carry a bulky wallet and I usually keep my debit card in my phone case, but my wife got me a new phone case with no card slots and I needed one. It smells like leather and looks/feels high quality. In the photos, I have 3 credit cards, a driver's license, a Costco card, 2 business cards, and a $50 bill in my wallet.

I have had this wallet for several years now. I just want it to break or something so I can get a new one, but I don't see that happening. The color gets darker the more you use it, which is neat and it just holds together really well. For those who love minimalism with a premium feel and more than one 'pocket' for everything, this is the wallet.

Looks solid but I got the wrong color. I got a much lighter tan/orange color than I expected. It's more beige than brown. Great wallet and just want I ordered.

I originally bought it 2 years ago. Nice thin wallet. I decided to buy a new one, but they sent me the wrong product twice - the line in the orange wallet is white, although in the picture it's also orange.

Beautiful green color, thin skin. I'm impressed with the price of the wallet. Came in a nice box, suitable as a gift. Fits nice in my front pocket. This is my 2nd one and the best wallet I have found for the size, quality and cost..

This wallet just wouldn't work for me on a day to day basis. Not enough card slots and cash storage and easy access. The minimalist design allows for easy access to your cards, making it convenient for everyday use..

The leather is really high quality and very well made. Much thinner than my usual wallet. In fact, I carry it in my back pocket and hardly notice it. I'm not sure where they are made but I'm very happy with the quality for the price.

Love the quality and subtlety. The magnet is a great feature that I would love to see across the entire Duebel line. I took off a star because there isn't an elegant way to store even a few bills.

It was a Christmas present for my husband. After a month and a half, the skin is already torn, and not just a broken seam. I would like to add that for several years he had one that was warned about.

That's a good wallet. But I ordered yellow and received a very scratched brown wallet. I will be happy to change my rating if/when this issue is resolved. Update: I asked for a replacement folder in the color I ordered. You sent me the wrong color. At least this one was as scratched as the first fake wallet.

I've had it for about a year and a half and it definitely looks like it's high quality leather. No signs of wear and I used it daily. Very happy with this purchase, wouldn't be surprised if it lasts me another 4 years.

Real genuine leather, no fake, easily holds 10 cards and is still very thin. I don't usually write reviews, but this is the best wallet I've ever had. It costs a little extra.

Great wallet. Ideal for cards and easy access to carry cash. The skin ages fantastically and acquires a beautiful patina.

I wanted to downsize my wallet. I don't carry cash. If I do it very little. The coolest thing about it is that it opens up like a book and basically just contains the cards. I wish I had taken the one without the magnet

Only time will tell if the stitching will fuse or not, but a real leather $25 wallet seems to work just fine. Feels good in the hand and fits well in the back pocket.

I've been using this wallet for about 3 weeks now and I really like it. But I put some checks in one of the side pockets and the seam ripped. To me this is not good and is a lack of durability. Otherwise this is a good wallet and I would recommend it.
