The best part of working with DuploCloud is the support team. They are always there to help and guide you through the process. The only thing I dislike about the service is that it is a bit pricey. The ease of use, security options available with duplocloud are best in class among all other providers I have used so far (AWS/Azure). Pricing model makes it hard to justify using this platform as compared against some others which give you more flexibility at lower cost points or even free services if they don't make money outta your usage like most SaaSS vendors do these days!
