I ordered these boots to convert my 8 year old from vinyl to leather. Takes some getting used to as they are heavier than cheap boots. They're nice and soft on the inside, which is a big plus, and they didn't cause any pain while wearing them. He gets a lot of compliments when he wears them, so it's a win-win! Well done Durango!

They withstood George Tornado until he outgrew them. He wears them in horse dung, cow dung, pigsties, mud puddles, fishing tackle (as waders), and other places equally unsuitable for a leather boot. I bought him a second pair in a larger size. They look like they're worth more than they really are and were surprised at how well they take the abuse he inflicts on his shoes.
