This cover is for the portable ironing board we carry in our Avion trailer. It's absolutely perfect. It has just the right amount of padding and the fit is nice and snug so you don't accidentally iron a crease in your clothes.

This case was perfect in every way except one: the laces were very difficult to tighten. I felt like if I pulled harder it would break. If there were two drawstrings, one at the top and one at the bottom, that would be a better design and easier to mount on the board. Otherwise it is beautiful and of good quality.

When I first received this item it was perfect for my desk ironing board and quite thick. But now that I've had it for a while, the thickness has flattened out, and the metal design of the ironing board itself is leaving an imprint on my clothes. I don't iron that much and thought this cover would last longer but it doesn't.

I ordered the leaf sample and it was packaged well. Unfortunately, the background color was gold. Very pretty, but it didn't work for me. So I ordered solid silver. (I had to pay return shipping) Arrived quickly, but in a box and packaged completely differently. It is NOT in the shape of an iron (with a narrow tip). It's rectangular. Also, it was too small for my 32" board. And ran out of breath. Not worth returning so I'll look elsewhere.

Be sure to measure your board as there is more than one size of tabletop ironing board. This cover can be mounted on a smaller board, but I didn't need that option. It fits my board perfectly. It is much nicer than the original case, it is non-slip and very well padded. I use the board almost every day and there are no water or steam spots, but it's only been a few months. I bought it in grey.
