Seems to work well. Haven't noticed any data loss. The picture and sound quality is excellent! Position the TX and RX about 8 feet apart.

This protects the TV well from cables. The transmitter is connected to an HDMI switch for a 4K DVD player and Apple TV. It replaced a solid performer - DVDO Air3C-PRO.

Every time I turn on my Blu-ray the DVDO syncs between the transmitter and receiver, sometimes I have to unplug and plug the power back in to do this. It's just bad. After syncing it works fine. You are told that the audio is not the best.

While Air 4K delivers a great picture, if there's anything between the transmitter and receiver (and I mean anything, a frosted glass door closing between them means the connection is broken, a person walking between them means the image freezes as they walk through). So if you have a situation where there is a continuous and uninterrupted distance between the transmitter and receiver, this will likely work beautifully. To you.
