Not all parts needed are included in the package

I bought this printer and it said it was brand new and when I received it the power cord did not match the current draw of the machine.

One of the most used office equipment

I have had one of these for many years. Love it. Easy to use; always works. The Dymo label range is always updated and always compatible with this machine. The stamp printing feature comes in handy, especially given the Covid issues.

Not to mention that the lid comes unassembled

Goods arrived on 8/4/21. Today is 8/5/21 and I removed the printer from the bubble wrap. The cover is removed. It's been about 30 minutes and I can't attach the case. Aggravating. An assembly is not required. I'm afraid I might damage the product if I try to attach the cover. QC receives an unsatisfactory grade. I'll call Dymo tomorrow and maybe ask for a replacement. Wasted time WSL
