Electrical missing parts

Junction box missing parts. Can work great but looks like a repackaged item missing an important part. As you can see in the photo, the junction box cover is missing.

Pros
  • Housing
Cons
  • Good but not great

The metal on this unit is quite thick in comparison

Need a flat glass for a low roof. This one does the trick, its maximum height is 5.5 inches. The metal on this device is quite thick in comparison, making a fairly powerful can lightweight and expensive.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • I will add later

Ideal for false ceilings

These flat boxes are ideal for false ceilings. They rest directly on the rails. My basement ceiling I'm building is 6 1/4 inches below the floor joists. This will leave about 7/8 inch clearance between the top of the lantern and the bottom of the floor joist (to maneuver the lantern in place).

Pros
  • Electric
Cons
  • Not safe
