The price for the performance is amazing!

For the price this flash is amazing. It offers almost all the features of the $600+ Sony flashes at a fraction of the price. Build quality, overall I am very satisfied! Above is a shot I took with flash on the first day of ownership.

  • Rugged construction

High quality flash, low price

I've been looking for a flash for my new Sony A7R2 and have found several, most at three times the price of this flash. With TTL, this flash works with the camera's brain to provide the right flash when needed. It's also easy to set it to one or two stops of overexposure and underexposure in 1/3 stop increments on the fly. A fine piece of engineering appears to be well built, all that other reviewers pointed out when making my selection. Thanks to that I can later buy another one of these and…

Over 100 flashes failed and Godox is not responding to emails.

This little flash was pretty good for a lightweight, compact, low guide number flash that runs on 2 AA batteries with a 2-3 second recharge time. I got less than 100 flashes with my Sony A7 mirrorless camera then it died. Unfortunately, Godox has not responded to my email to return it or review it. With lousy consumer relations, who needs them. There are Neewer, Flashpoint and others who appear to have placed their trademark on Godox products. These companies have a better relationship with…

That does not work. best in Flashes

I bought this product about 30 days ago and only yesterday I was able to use it properly for the first time. I put batteries in when I first got it and it said the batteries were low so I figured out why it was lagging, but when I used it yesterday I put in new (just bought) batteries in the expectation that it will work. Well, it was a delay again, meaning the red light wouldn't come on unless I accidentally pressed the buttons on the back. It would then turn on so I could only use the flash…

Decent flash at a solid price, could do with some improvement.

First it turned out to be smaller than I expected, but that didn't come as a surprise to me, just not what I expected. I appreciate the price but I used it for a dark wedding location and the flash kept misfiring, I tried everything and it worked fine when I did test shots but when the time came and I constantly had to work, it let me down. That's my only other complaint, how terrible the battery life is. Runs on AA batteries. The hardware looks well made and has withstood rain and snow so the…

Very impressed with this for the price!

I have a Sony A55V and bought this and Yongnuo YN560 IV at the same time. It arrived first and I have to say it's pretty darn cool! I didn't know it would be that small, but now I understand that there is a correlation with numbers (yes). Yongnuo arrived the next day and I will cover it below. It was the perfect size to fit in my camera bag and was very easy to use on my Sony A55V after I installed the ADP AMA shoe adapter (which you absolutely need to make this work on the Sony A55V). My favorite flash! I love the size and features!

I've been using this Godox flash for a little less than a week and I love it. If you want a quick version of this review, buy it. A+Long Version: This was my first foray into the Godox system. In the past I have used Yongnuo, Neewer and earlier Canon 580 and 420 series (I used to shoot with 5D3 and 1D series). The first two were manually tuned but worked well enough for me when I needed them (with the difficulty of manual tuning). Canon has worked well, but I mainly work with the Sony system…

Great flash, fast shipping!

This is my first off-camera flash and I am very satisfied. Flash was delivered quickly with free shipping. It goes very well with my a6000 as it uses 2 AA batteries, it's not very heavy and the camera looks pretty balanced. You can see the TT350S from my a6000 and SEL35F18 in the attached photos. I can't imagine using a bigger flash for this camera as it seems too big. a much more powerful flash/strobe is required. This flash works well in the evening and is much more powerful than a camera…
