Perfect for shirts and blouses - and they really don't wrinkle. I'm a proponent of packing folders and cubes. I also have a Specter style (lighter weight) Pack-It offered by Eagle Creek. I prefer it to the Specter - it feels more solid and has a much better Velcro closure system. When you travel, you need one of these folders.

The first Pack-It I bought was big; I chose it because it was advertised to hold more shirts. What they don't say is that the plastic folding liner is also large, so women's shirts might not even wrap around it enough to fold. After going down my size I was very happy with how my tops looked, with almost no wrinkles. Do yourself a favor when choosing your Pack-It size and base it on your torso size, not the number of shirts you can fit in it.

The use of all of them depends on personal preferences. We went on a cruise, I've used a few of these and thought they were fantastic. I packed a lot more items to keep them well organized for my purposes. Meaning easy access to what I wanted to wear next. On the other hand, the woman has used them and is not at all enthusiastic about it. You use a plastic rectangle and fold your shirts around the rectangle, pull out the rectangle and then do the same with the other shirt and pretty soon you have a stack of neatly folded shirts.
