Worked great for a few weeks, after that nothing was heard. All sounds were disabled or very low, rendering this product unusable.

Worked but I sent it back because it was so long it just couldn't be practical even if you have very small ears like mine, make sure you get a smaller insert

This was used in our practice for those who had problems with the handset associated with the headset dropping when working with patients . The in-ear or molded options offer a few options and seem to work better when left in the ear while you work.

For example: Much more comfortable earphones than the hard black plastic earphones that keep falling off my ears. Dislikes: Trying to find a convenient and practical place to cut all the wires. There are two terminals to deal with and quite a long wire to hide.

It was great while it lasted, but there's a weak point where the transparent speaker tube meets the part that sends the sound: it's a black, tiny 2" diameter tube -3 mm that goes to the transparent tube. The unsupported 90 degree pipe ended and broke. There must be a protected or at least reinforced part. Otherwise I loved it.

I love this device and use it every day. Sounds great for radio traffic to my ears and I feel good, I hardly notice it. The earbud offers noise cancellation so I can never hear anything from my surroundings. Headphones are interchangeable. The cord is almost too long, but it's the perfect length for my workspace as I can tuck the cord under my collar to hide it.
