I am a connoisseur of exfoliating sponges and so far this is the best on the market. If you have sensitive skin this sponge probably isn't for you, but if you need a really prickly sponge to feel clean, buy this sponge. My boyfriend and I have been using them for years and we still can't keep up with them. Buy a good citrus soap and your shower will be very invigorating.

Love this item! This is the best exfoliating sponge I have found. Works very well. I don't know how charcoal works but my skin looks nice and clear every time I use this stuff. I hate traveling without. If you use this and have sensitive skin I recommend using a less astringent soap.

Exfoliates skin very well. I have used it with charcoal infused soap and it has helped my acne on my face a lot. However, the material only began to detach for 3-4 weeks after 3 weeks of use and had to be disposed of.

I bought something like this from Target online it was a little rough at first too but it starts out really rough and gets better over time

The first two or three times you use it you'll get a nice clean scrub and you'll feel amazing. However, after a few days the thing gets very rough. In less than 14 days I had to throw it away. It turned out very disgusting, the fabric began to tangle and became uncomfortable to use. I have used other charcoal products that have had a long lifespan at a better price. I will not buy this product again.

I bought 2 of these body sponges. They give great exfoliation BUT the first time maybe 10 washes and the seams came apart and it fell apart. I took out the next one and after the 1st wash I checked the stitching and it was already torn. I won't buy this again.
