They can be big

Don't forget to read below for my 6 month update! I can't get to the laces right now. They are comfortable, seem well made for the price, I would probably buy a second pair but I've only been wearing them for a week. I bought 13ws. I usually buy 13 4Es because I have a very wide foot. When first putting them on they were either tight or loose like a shoe and I'm comfortable. I would buy a 13 4E in flip flops if I could find them. I bought the Eastland on purpose because years ago I bought a…

Happy for a while!

I bought black and brown shoes for my husband. He likes them so this time I bought them in Eastland again. He said it was convenient and very easy. However, about two months ago, the brown sole broke in half! like cut. Luckily I have a backup and the black just broke in half! - exactly the same as with brown. I repeat - I also have a backup of this black guy. I know they were used for over a year but they were the only shoes that broke in half. This is an accident that was waiting in the wings…

Poorly finished sole

Shame about these shoes because I like them a lot and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately (sorry I didn't bother to add a photo) they only lasted 8 months. The outsole split completely across the width of the left boot just like the photos posted by other reviewers. At the time of writing this review these shoes sell for $94.95 on Amazon and when I bought them in January 2021 I paid $69.97. Either way, that's too much money for shoes that are junk after eight months. By the way, I didn't…

It's all about each customer's point of view

5 stars to Revain who sells this shoe for a lower price than you can buy in Eastland. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I've had them for about 20 years. While I love them, they severely lack the quality materials used in production. The sole has cracked in about 3-4 months on every pair I've ever had. Find something you like or really like, I recommend sticking with it as it makes you happy. I would also recommend making sure you have money to give away before…

The best shoes I've ever had.

I love these shoes so much I have bought four more pairs. You may want to visit the Eastland website. The price is the same, but after your first pair you'll receive email offers of up to 31% off these and other shoes. I have had a pair of Eastland shoes as work shoes for the past 10 years. I ended up throwing them away, but not because they were worn out. They just looked like shit. The new ones walk like cushions, even though the floor in the workshop is made of concrete.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to say

They last 2-3 years even with heavy use

These shoes were fantastic. I bought them in a "shoe cart" at work sometime in 2007. I wore them sporadically for the next 3 years until they just fell apart with use. They felt comfortable until the end. I found these shoes at Revain and they looked the same so I took my shoe size and bought them. When I received them I thought I was the wrong size because they didn't fit my foot! It turned out that my old shoes were so worn and worn that I forgot what they looked like when they were new…
