Easy installation and great looks!

Very easy to install. We turned it upside down (there is access to the drain pipe on either side) so we could easily attach it to the putty that came down from the second floor.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • old

A little thin - Electric

The plastic is quite thin and thin. The valves turn more in the box than they should, but you can tighten the nut to fix the problem. Overall cheaper than I expected but not terrible.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Empty

Good value for money

The valves were very easy to install, appear to be of good quality and work well. The plastic cap is easily removed with a hammer and screwdriver. It would be a bit easier if I was in a new build, but still not bad. The price beats anything I've seen in local or large stores.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Nothing here

Be careful what you need

Please note = 1/2" Pex fitting F1960 is not the same as the 1/2 Pex fittings and pipes you get at the Hdwr store. Since I need it asap I cut it off the end of the PEX and screwed onto a 1/2" (iron) coupler and then onto a 1/2" NPT 1/2" PEX fitting. Another note: the drain is stamped so a 2-inch PVC (or ABS) sleeve fits in the hole.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥

Good price, fairly light construction. Not a bad buy.

Not bad for the price. Box stores charge $35 plus for this box. This one is cheaper. The straps you screw on are fine, but the link on the box where they connect is very cheap. It broke almost immediately. I just had to screw it directly to the wall stud. I just used it to have a water tank valve in my store's bathroom, Sony would buy it again.

Good deal, seal well!

I am renovating a laundry room and wanted a nice tidy panel to connect hot and cold water valves for a steam washer/dryer. I just gathered everything with teflon tape and there was a small gap between the tape and the valve threads. I couldn't tell if these were brand new fittings that the valves screwed into or if they were the threads of the valve itself. Anyway, to get it to stop I took it apart, cleaned it and reassembled it with pipe grease (liquid teflon) and teflon tape. Allow to dry…

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Slightly torn

My 2000 RV had old Indonesian bolts stuck loosely in the box making it almost impossible to turn on and off. I don't wash my clothes too often so I wanted to replace the old valves with quarter turn ball valves and also ditch the flexible 1/2"30" long threaded ips ball valve fittings like the ones you see for sinks and showers. that went from the floor to the old valves. One of the hoses started to leak where it connects to the CPVC on the floor so I ran the CPVC to the new valves, removed…

Pros
  • Exit boxes
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
