Bought this bag for my husband and his softball team. I would say my husband is 6-3 years old and for some reason the backpack looks small on him. I would recommend buying this for a high school kid. The bag is not that big.

UPDATE: Bottom zipper is already broken, 2 months has passed. It's just not very durable. Big bag. fits softball mask, ball helmet, glove, ball, bat, water bottle and will likely fit in boots (just don't need it yet since we're still indoors). The only concern is that the zippers seem a bit weak. But overall a good buy.

This bag is awesome! Bought this for my 6 year old and it's a bit big for him but he will grow into him. We love the spike pocket and racquet/water bottle holder. The main pocket is big enough for helmet, gloves, jacket and more space; even if the boots are in the lower pocket. I'm glad we went in the smaller package for our 4 year old t-baller, but it's a good size for 7 and up.

My son plays 11U baseball and has used this bag all season. It is perfectly preserved. 2 gloves and a helmet fit and then of course little things like sunflower seeds and batting gloves, turf studs. No space problems. Also, bats hold tight to their sides so they don't swing around and smack everyone in the face. We haven't had any problems with tears or scuffs. And he's checking his gear, that's for sure

This Easton Game Ready bat set is perfect for my 6 year old's baseball outfit. It's not too big for him even though it's an adult bag. The main compartment fits a helmet and glove and on the bottom there is a separate zipped area for his spikes. The children's bags we looked at didn't have room for his boots. The bag looks sturdy and has a hook for hanging on a fence. Side pockets are great for carrying his two racquets. I am very happy with this purchase.

We bought one of the Easton youth bags and returned it because it was too small to hold all the gear my LO needs to take to games so we replaced it with these. This one has room for her Rip It Fielder mask, Easton helmet and still has room for her glove and boots. It's a bit big for a small kid, but at least fits all their gear. Plus, she'll grow into him! I would definitely recommend this, especially if your child needs their own hat to play with!

I've played softball my whole life and I've always had a large bag for team gear so when I got to my workmate I needed a new bag so I didn't have to search for as an instrument reliving its glory days. Bought this baseball bag for my teenager. It used to have a different bag but unfortunately the racket holder nets were broken. I was looking for a large bag for my son as he is growing too. This bag also has a shoe compartment which his old bag didn't have. However, the bag was smaller than I expected. My son wore shoe size 9.5 and the shoe cannot slide straight in like in the video. Main compartment fits my older adult's helmet, baseball glove, elbow pads and batting gloves. A little tight, but everything fits. The rivet tray fits the rivets but they need to go in sideways and not straight as shown in the photos/videos. There are two things I wish this bag had five stars for.
