Works great with colanders and food strainers

I moved into a house with a septic tank and I have to be careful what goes down the drain. Every time I've cooked meat, I've struggled to find something to remove the fat from the ground beef. That works great. All the fat is filtered into a holder under a sieve. I can pour the dried beef back into the pot. I cover the grease with the provided cap until it hardens and then toss it in the bin.

Pros
  • This 3 piece set provides efficient storage in your cupboards by inserting the storage bowl and lid into the strainer.
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Quite expensive but worth it

Works great. I use a colander and metal bowl to drain the fat from the burgers, which takes up a lot of space in the dishwasher. It won't take up much space in the long run, so if I think about it, I'm saving space in the dishwasher (so I can wash more dishes), which will save money on water in the long run. Reason. put in the closet. Meat can withstand a lot. I'm glad I bought it.

Pros
  • The colander set is dishwasher safe, easy to clean, has a handle for easy gripping and pouring, is lightweight and portable, can be used in a temperature range of -10°F to 260°F, cools and tightens quickly. up to 3 pounds of meat, vegetables, and fruit. Great for everyday home cooking, commercial cooking and camping!

Great Item: Kitchen & Dining

This is a great problem solver. When toasting a hamburger for a light meal I'm about to cook, I need to find something to pour the extra fat into, try not to lose the hamburger, and protect the lines from hamburger grease. I am very impressed with this product. At first I didn't dare to order because I thought it was too expensive. After the first successful use, I came to the conclusion that it was worth every penny.

Pros
  • The Easy Greasy Colander is also great for straining pasta or vegetables! The Easy Greasy Colander can be lined with cheesecloth to make jams or jellies.
Cons
  • No
