I put on a pair and found them to fall off when my horse does anything other than walk. Then I bought a size smaller and the same. The front slit does not provide adequate fit. Now, just a few days after purchase, I have 2 torn shoes.

These gaiters are durable and offer good support. I have an issue with them chipping and tearing but staying in the mud. I don't like that they don't have a drain and after going through the water they make a squeezing noise that made my horse dance the first time.
