I like how easy it is to use for posting jobs or candidates searching as well as finding resumes through our system. We are able to post multiple job openings at once which saves us time from having someone else do this for us (we had an intern who was doing all of that before). The ease of using it to create surveys/test candidates is great! I can also customize my survey questions by simply selecting from an existing list or creating new ones that are not included in their library (which would be nice if they had more). Some features don't seem as intuitive at first glance but once you figure them out everything flows smoothly for me now - which was one reason why we switched over several years ago since our previous provider wasn’t very good either way around this…

I like that it's easy to use for candidates as well. The interface is very intuitive which makes things easier when you're new at using this system.
